This tool is built on a privacy-first architecture: we utilize only a strictly necessary session identifier to manage progress and verify Stripe access. Your inputs remain entirely under your control.
2. Information Collection
Transactional Info
Email addresses are collected only for receipt delivery via Stripe.
Payment Processing
Handled entirely by Stripe. We never store or see your credit card details.
Session Data
Audit responses are kept in local state to facilitate PDF generation and are cleared automatically.

The "Compliant" status within our tool refers exclusively to the completion of the software's internal assessment logic based on user-provided input.
It is NOT an official certification of legal compliance under the EU AI Act.
Final conformity assessments must be conducted by the provider and, where required, verified by an authorized Notified Body.
