Nature of Service
AiReportTool.eu provides a self-assessment software tool designed to help users structure technical documentation in alignment with the EU AI Act. We provide a framework for Annex IV documentation based on user-provided inputs.
2. No Legal Advice
The information provided by this tool does not constitute legal advice. AiReportTool.eu is not a law firm. The use of this tool does not create an attorney-client relationship. All reports are generated for informational purposes only.
Single-System License
Each purchase of a "AI Compliance Report" (€149.00) grants the user a non-exclusive license to generate a report for one (1) specific AI system.
Redistribution, reverse engineering, or resale of the internal logic or report templates is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
AiReportTool.eu shall not be held liable for any regulatory fines, damages, loss of business, or legal actions resulting from the use of the generated reports.
Full compliance with the EU AI Act remains the sole legal responsibility of the user.
Regulatory Disclaimer
AiReportTool.eu is an independent software tool operated by Bulpont EOOD. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the European Commission, the European AI Office, or any EU regulatory body.
The "Compliant" status within our tool refers exclusively to the completion of the software's internal assessment logic based on user-provided input. It is not an official certification of legal compliance under the EU AI Act.
Final conformity assessments must be conducted by the provider of the AI system and, where required by the AI Act, verified by an authorized Notified Body.
Annex IV // Regulation (EU) 2024/1689
